Insurance
We will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.

For Dentemax, we accept PPO plans only that are administered by Dentemax. We are not accepting any Dentemax discount dental plans.
Dr. Pisciotta is a provider of all Delta PPO Dental plans as long as it is a premier policy, or it follows the Delta Premier fee schedule only.
Dr. Pisciotta does not participate in any HMO's or DMO's. Dr. Pisciotta is not an in-network provider for Ameritas or Reliance Standard, but is only a provider when these fall under the Principal umbrella.
