Take the 95 South exit toward Richmond. Exit at Franconia Road at the Springfield Mixing Bowl. Proceed one mile past Springfield Mall on Franconia Road, and turn right onto Grovedale Drive (BP and Liberty gas stations on the right will mark Grovedale Drive). Proceed down Grovedale Drive (this is a short street), and just before Beulah Street, turn right into the office park, The Courtyards of Alexandria.
From the Fairfax County Parkway (from Springfield/Burke)
Turn left onto Beulah Street, (from the Kingstowne area, turn right onto Beulah Street). This is the Manchester Lakes area. Proceed on Beulah Street less than one mile, and turn left onto Grovedale Drive. Immediately turn left into the office park, The Courtyards of Alexandria.
