Kari
Dental Hygienist
Kari is a native of Michigan, and has been a dental hygienist for 10 years. She has been with Dr. Pisciotta since 2009. She values her continuing education in oral hygiene, and the dental field enables her to use her skills to educate patients about the importance of oral health. She enjoys healthy living and keeping fit, and trips home to see her family.
Sandy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sandy has been a dental hygienist for 40 years, 22 of those with Dr. Pisciotta. She holds a B.S. degree in dental hygiene from West Liberty State College in West Virginia. At home, Sandy enjoys time with her family and always returns with great stories about her grandchildren.
Jean Marie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jean Marie has worked as a dental hygienist for 19 years, having spent the last seven of those years with Dr. Pisciotta. Jean Marie earned her degree from Northern Virginia Community College and specializes in periodontal scaling and root planning in our office.
Lana
Dental Assistant
Lana came to the United States from Russia. She is a graduate of the Applied Career Training College of Virginia, in Dental Assisting, and has been working with Dr. Pisciotta since 2005. Some of her interests include painting, and working in her garden. She enjoys using her experience as an artist to help make beautiful smiles.
Nicole
Dental Assistant
Nicole comes to us from Wisconsin, and has been a dental assistant for 8 years. She has been with Dr. Pisciotta since 2009. She likes meeting new people, and enjoys changing smiles and restoring confidence to patients. Her hobbies include yoga, running, volleyball, watching football, and traveling.
Stephanie
Office Assistant
Stephanie has been with Dr. Pisciotta for 3 years. She oversees the sterilization center, does child cleanings, and assists wherever else she is needed in the office. She was on the swim team at Marymount University for 2 years, and holds records there, and then graduated from George Mason University in 2010. She enjoys spending time with her friends on the weekend.
Linda
Front Desk Coordinator
Linda has been with Dr. Pisciotta since 2000. She was instrumental in helping the office transition into its new space in 2002, with its advanced computer capabilities and digital integration. Having previously worked in the legal field, and raising 2 children, she enjoys working in the dental field. She also enjoys traveling.
Karen
Front Desk Coordinator
Karen is our most recent addition to the office. After working in the pharmacy field for 25 years, she chose the dental field to continue her interest in health care. She brings enthusiasm and detail to our front desk. A native of Baltimore, she enjoys spending time with her family. Her interests include photography and keeping active.
